I just bought a used Buckmaster and am thinking about sending it to Buck to have it sharpened and see if they can re-beadblast the blade. The blade has some scuffs, but nothing too significant. The handle is good.

Has anyone had a knife re-beadblasted by Buck / do they offer that service?

Thank you

I actually had a 'well loved' Buckmaster that was designated as my beater. It slowly was moved out of my regular line-up so I figured I'd send it in with no real expectations. When it came back I was blown away...it was like new, not close to new, but JUST like new. And the best part is it was only like $10 plus shipping. I say don't hesitate and do it!
