The second issue stag was in 2008..

Here's a start:
1988 - Elk stag (not sambar)
2000 - Brown Bone with circular Limited Edition medallion insert in handle
2002 - Black Deldrin with Post Falls First Year Production etched on blade
2004 - Black Deldrin with El Cajon Last Year Production etched on blade
2004 - Black Deldrin with both El Cajon Last Year and Post Falls First Year etched on blade and circular medallin insert in handle
2007 - Black smooth buffalo/mother of pearl handle and no rear bolster
2009 - Gray charcoal fifth year Post Falls edition with circular medallion insert in handle

And as Matt has indicated, lots of variation with the early Schrade and Camillus model regarding the manner in which the blades are stamped.

Great Job TS, I aggree, looking at was a little over whelming but know that I saw the ones you said I began to remember. There was an '98 red bone limited edition with a circle emblem as well, in addition there are all of the '85-'88 black delrin w/ the BUCK shield, and the '96 workman w/pad stamped blade... I edited this post because I miss spoke it was a '98 as apposed to an '89 red bone, At least it looks red to me, correct me if I am wrong...

Stumps, you were correct the first time; the 303 did indeed come in a black smooth delrin; I have two.

Also, the ichtus inlaid wood handle from SMKW.

Edit to add: Then there is the LE Painted Pony and the LE Timberlake feather by WBC, both of which have Buck catalog numbers and are not aftermarket upgrades as per the OP's original post.
