A few weeks ago I sent a knife back to Buck that I bought new and had a few issues. I tried to live with them but decided not too. We don't live in a perfect World and nothing is perfect. I have not received my knife back yet but Buck got back to me for a heads up and I just want to say so far I'm very impressed with the response I've got so far. 👍
 
It's hella good, call them, they are super nice. I sent my Vantage force in, just to fix some small OCD issues of mine, returned one to me in pristine condition. AAA+ on that
 
I had one issue with an 055, but they corrected it in a timely manner. I've bought several Buck knives since, and they're customer service seems to be top notch.
 
Just want to say a Big Thank You to Mr. Jeff Hubbard and to Lori. Received my 110 back yesterday from Warranty and very satisfied with the results. Thanks! 👍
