Buck's Warranty

I had two 110s with some issues straight from the box. One had excessive blade play and centering issues, the other an uneven secondary grind (barely any bevel on one side).
First and foremost, I've bought many Bucks and these are the only ones I've ever had issues with so certainly, it's not the norm.
I sent them about 6 weeks ago and while doing yard work this morning a postal carrier handed me a familiar box from BKI. Every step of the way from phone call, to emails, to delivery, their customer service has been outstanding. I couldn't be happier with their work and dedication to the customer.

Their Customer Service is TOP NOTCH! I've never had an experience with Buck that didn't exceed my expectations. That's also why I buy Buck and always will!
 
I only own 3 bucks at the moment but it's good to know their customer service is top notch. Another reason to buy another one. :D thanks for sharing.
 
Those look really nice together. Great color. Did they buff them up too? I would be tempted to carry them both at the same time.

They sure did though one was straight from a box to the warranty department. The other I used for some time before the loose blade drove me crazy. They look amazing, and I too have thought about carrying them both at the same time like a set of Colts haha.
