Buckskin 529 question.

Hello, I'm new to this forum as of today so I thought I'd dip my toe in the water!

I recently bought these 3 529 Buckskins. After reading through several posts on this forum, I learned that there were several different skins used on these knives. These are all 1988 models.

Does anyone have a thought on which skins these 3 are?

My guess is that the middle knife is the Peanut Brittle Lizard and the bottom one is the burgandy eel, but not sure.

Thanks for any ideas, suggestions. I might try to go for the whole set!

Put your cursor on the picture in Photobucket. A box should drop down. Click on the bottom option (img code) and it should say copied. Got to your post and "paste" the image. That should do it.
 
briz, Welcome to the Buck Forum. There were atleast 6 of those. Search in the Sunday Picture Show thread a guy by the name Haebbie collects those and posted a photo of them all. DM
 
The top one is the burgandy eel,
In the middle is the lizzard, on the bottom is the alligator.

Thanks Haebbie! Now I'm going to have to find the Oyster and the Black Shark!!!!

Good luck, e_briz. But be careful. Have
an eye on the frame when you buy the
knives. One series (1989) has a frame
made of nickel silver. All the others have
brass. If you like to have a complete
collection you've to find one set of each
series. But heads up, they are out there.

P.S.: I forgot, there are a white shark and a red
shark too and also two different lizzards.

P.P.S.: The 1989 catalog shows the black, red
and white shark, the lizzard and the aligator with
the NS frame. I don't know whether the two eels
were made with NS frames too. I only have the
red and white shark and the aligator with NS frame,
the Aligator with NS and brass frame.
