Here you go Clint... That's a great clear 112 for your collection....

Clint's Clear 112... Click on the pics to see them and click on them again to make them bigger...

Ah.. Found it! One of the rarest 110's is the clear salesmans samples.Leroy made all of them as far as I know..Im going to proudly display this one. There are likly fewer origional clear 112's than 110's if any left at all...Since I consider my display edcauational [sic] This has a real place of honor in my box It even has the right blade for the era it would have be done.

Clint, I'm really Glad you like that Clear 112... I was hoping you would send it back to me, it really looks good next to my clear 110... J/K... :D ...

He would not minded keeping it!!!! It's a true sign of a bad case of Buck Fever.......Its hard to let a good Buck get away EVEN if its for a good cause!

To me the lockup on that thing looks "marginal".

I wonder why Buck would round the blade tang so much like that where it locks up?

I think the rounded cam uses less force to open...I have neaver heard of one the did not lock up tight..

Joe,could you give us a little learn'ing on clear 110/112's???? Buck Nuts need ta know!!! Did any other model get the 'clear' treatment?? Any body else chime in too..If any body has a origional post a pic?? Price/value??

Bucksway, Larry Oden had 2 clear 110s and I think he sold them for $250.00 each... But they were clear on one side only... I've seen a 500 clear one, but agian on one side only and I know of a few others in the 500s and 700s... I like the Clear ones on both side better... I know of one 110 that sold for $350.00 clear on both sides.... They are only worth what someone is willing to paid for it... I guess.... I just like them and they loooook good in my Collection and everyone that sees them really like them too and they always want to pick them up and check them out... :) ...

Thanks for posting these pics. I have wanted to see something like this for a while now. :)

Rare/odd Bucks like the clear 2x 110 have always been in demand..I like having 112's that are 1 of a kind or seldom seen..I just got a 'Rattler' 1984 stag, gold snake,1of 300,Its the first LE 112 that I know of.Few people have ever seen one and THAT makes it special to me...I hope to end up with a intresting display and this 'clear'112 will be one of its stars!

I was playing with it today and almost dropped it ...Out of all my 112's [some really neat one's] it is the most striking....Would not some etching on the clear look really cool?????
