I don't recall anyone ever posting about Bucktools anywhere here in the forums. I carry one daily and use it daily as well. I install carpet for a living and it comes in so handy. I use the pliers to pull staples and take beds apart. The can opener is used to pick carpet fibers out of my knee kicker's nap grips. I use the phillips screwdrivers to take down bifold doors and to remove mirrors from dressers. The Bucktool saves me many trips to the toolbox. I like the way they open, plus they feel comfortable. My father had a Leatherman super tool, but when he tried my Bucktool, he became a convert. I gave him one that same day. The Bucktool doesn't seem to get much credit here on the forums, but I for one think they are well made and wouldn't trade mine for anything. Anyone else use one?

John,
I'll second that vote. I've used the multi-tools in and around road construction since they first hit the market. Leatherman, Gerber, I've tried most of them, but I wouldn't take them all for my Buck. I now give them to my inspection personnel for service awards or special recognitions. Just doing my part to spread the word about Buck quality!

I'll third the vote. The Bucktool is among the best of the many tools out there.

I think the problem is that they came so late to the party. The market is so flooded with so many pocket tools from all the manufacturers that it's hard for the average consumer to pick out any one tool.

They're everywhere, along with the chinese imitations and knockoffs. It's a tough market for these things.

If I wanted to carry all of the different tools in the store I would need a seperate section just for that.

Undeniably, the Bucktool is one of the best but they have to look through a big weedpatch out there to find the flower.
