Buddy S. has been after me to make him another Bowie for a few years (off and on, hes been real nice about it). So I finally got one of 2 done for him, still have to clean up his "cutter" after some testing/use.

Any how, this one is W2, Ceylon Ebony, Stainless trim, blade is right at 11" long x just under 2" wide, 5-1/4" handle for a bit more "reach".

A few quick pics-

Matt, that's incredible. The tip and clip make for some awesome lines!

Impressive, to say the least.
Congrats Matt and Buddy !

well thanks all, i took these photos with my wifes camera and it just doesnt seem to capture detail like my old one that bit the dust. Not sure why as its a newer/better model from all accounts.

Peter give me a call if you want to start a new project ;)

I think the bowie your making me now may be the Last Big knife I buy. Changing back to flipping Omega watches... But who knows :)

The Guard on this knife IS Crazy! I think that's what I'm so infatuated with. And the needle blade ;)

Nice job, Matt. I like the 5 1/4-inch handle on this 11 X 2 steel.

I bought the first knife you ever sold from Buddy on the forums a few years ago. Glad to see Buddy is still making you work! That speaks volumes for your product.

:eek: WOW! That IS an awesome looking bowie.

Looks to be just what the OP (DarkoMaledictus) in another thread is looking for!

I'm partial to those ebony handles you do and of course the blades with the wild hamons. Oh heck I like the whole darn thang on this one ! My brother had a yellow lab named Buddy who passed a while ago. He was a great and loyal part of the family and sadly missed. We enjoyed him for 14 Years.
