Buffalo Bill Collectors knife ?

Hello... i am new to this forum.....and hope to get some good info.... my grandmother , for xmas, gave me my grandfathers knife... it is from IMPERIAL KNIFE ASSOCIATED COMPANIES, INC and is a buffalo bill commemorative limited edition... it has a coin in it along w/ a knife... neither have been removed from the original packagin.... they are contained in a box w/ blue felt......when i searched the internet for it.... i could find nothing on the knife and coin set itself but nothing on the knife company... any info would be highly appreciated...

yes that is mine redshanks... thanks.... can u give me any info on it..... when it was released... if theyre rare or valuable..... anything will do thanks...
 
Levine's Guide and other sources say probably released in 1976. Most likely made in fairly large numbers, and originally sold for $35. You may get someone on eBay who really wants one, but I wouldn't call them rare, or much more valuable than the issue price...but, others may feel differently.

I've seen it go for as low as $30.00, in the original box with the coin, to as much as $50.00, depending on the time of the day that the listing ends.
