I am selling my Bugei Bamboo Katana. I hate to let her go, but I need the money 
She is in very good condition and has only been used for a couple times for light test cutting and drawing practice. The nagasa is 28" and the tsuka is 14". Included in this sale is a black lacquer vertical sword stand, a new cleaning kit from Bugei, and a cloth sword bag.
There is some very light scratching on the blade, mostly from cleaning with overly-abrasive uchiko powder. There is also some wear on the fuchi and the kashira. There is a scratch on the saya from when the cleaning lady knocked it over. These are small cosmetic damages only and I only mention them for the sake of posterity.
This is a big, powerful sword and she cuts like a champ. This would a great buy for somebody who wants a quality forged, folded katana to use for test cutting.
This sword sells for $1,470 new from Bugei Trading Company. I am asking for $800 including shipping and Paypal fees for a quick sale. No trades at this time.
