Bugout: CF-Elite vs. G10 scales

I was wondering if anyone owns or has handled both the CF-Elite and G10 (Blade HQ exclusive) versions of the Bugout and can comment on how they compare.

The G10 is smooth and a little slippery, the Diamond pattern does a tiny bit to help but not much.

The CF-Elite is the way to go. It's got a bit better grip the G10.

Thanks! Sounds like the G10 is slippery in the same way the Osborne 940-2 G10 is.
