Dude, I love your videos. Although the Forsaken TGLB isn't what I would use for a food prep knife, just because the guard sticks out below the edge making pressing the blade against a cutting board a bit challenging, I LOVE that you are showing quartering and food prep and not chopping through a log. Please use a sword!
