I decided to play around in Photoshop and whip up a quick knife based on knives I already have. What do you guys think? How much would you pay for something like this?
Maybe we can get Benchmade, Doug Ritter, and Lone Wolf knives to get together:
Maybe some of you have found your dream knife. However, I have a feeling there are many like me that are never satisfied and are still looking for a knife that combines everything they like into one knife. When I put together the above image I took the blade from the Doug Ritter Grip, which I love, although I'd also take a Sebenza blade, then the handle from my Lone Wolf T2, and replace the T2's liner lock with an AXIS lock.
I'd finally have all my favorite features in one knife. Nice looking handle that is very comfortable in the hand, a nice blade shape, and a solid lock that is quick and easy to work with. I'd also have to have the T2's handle converted to tip up carry.
So if you could combine your favorite features into one knife, what would it be? What kind of price tag would you expect it to have? I would expect the above knife to be worth around $150 from a online discount knife store.
