Anyone know why they haven't created something like this yet?

With as many options as they have, I'm surprised you cant just mix and match to choose the tools you want and handles you want.

What I'm looking for:

2.5-3" blade
Scissors
Bottle Opener
Tweezers
Toothpick

And nothing else... Anyone know if they make such a creation?

I agree with this idea, i would love to see a make your own SAK thing.

Silver alox handles, locking 3 or 3.5 inch blade, saw, awl, bottle opener and oversized wine corker for me.

Oh, and the peice you pull back to unlock the blade will be metal too, not plastic.

I think that SAK should just sell it as a kit and let you buy the parts and put it together yourself. They can use torx screws to make it easier. I would love that.

Keep in mind that, like "machete" or "dagger", SAK is not a company name.

I'd like to see a Torx-assembled modular Victorinox or Wenger, but I'm not sure that it'd be easy to assemble with the backsprings. Such a setup is also likely to drive prices way up.

My favorite SAK is the Victorinox Bundeswehr (German army) model, basically a Trekker sans toothpick and tweezers with OD green scales.

I like the fact that the serrations are in the front part of the blade (one-hand opener, liner lock).
The lock also secures the flat screwdriver/bottle opener/wire stripper tool. If you've ever tried to get a stuck screw loose with a regular SAK, you'd appreciate the locking screwdriver, but it comes in especially handy if you pry with the tool.

The saw works surprisingly well for its small size and a philips screwdriver is always nice to have. I don't really need the can opener, but the smaller flat screwdriver on top is pretty useful.

That looks like the perfect SAK for me except I don't care for serrated blades. At least the serrations are where they should be, and they look like they could be sharpened out anyways.

How much do those run for?

I'm not a big fan of serrations either, but since I carry SAKs in addition to and not in lieu of a (plain edge) fixed blade/regular folder, I like having the option of using the serrated edge for fibrous materials. But yes, I think they could be sharpened out with reasonable effort.

I have no idea what a Trekker costs in the US (try Froogle). You probably won't find the model pictured above in the US.

The thing is, the tools would all need to fit together and within the confines of the grips. If you go to a Victorinox Store, they do have many of the parts available for purchase as replacements. If somebody new what they were doing, maybe they could pull something off, but I don't see it being too easy.

The Victorinox Spirit has a similarly serrated blade. I recently sharpened away the serrations on a coarse stone easily in about 15 or 20 minutes. I also sharpened the other side of the edge, and then finished it with finer stones.
