Thank you, a lot there. I was hoping to find the exact knife above again, I'll keep an eye out.
I believe that particular model was a special limited edition produced by GEC for Bulldog. The number on the bolster is the individual production number for that knife. I think it might be hard to find another.
And I believe the model is called an "EZ Open Jack".

Got it, thank you. Do you happen to know of a similar model that looks close?
GEC (Great Eastern Cutlery) has produced very similar models under the brand names Tidioute Cutlery, and Northfield Cutlery, with different handle materials. They refer to the model as #25 and either "EZ Open Jack", or "Little Jack".
But again, they are hard to find. Your best chances to get one are on the secondary market. All you can really do is keep searching the internet for those brand and models, as well as Ebay and AAPK (referenced above), and the Exchange here (I see a few have been sold here on Bladeforums over the years).
