A quick search didn’t reveal any recent threads for teardrop jack / bullet end jack enthusiasm.

Post your teardrop and bullet end jacks here!

CASE TB61028W DAM Teardrop, and a Northfield UN-XLD 852211P Bullet End Harness Jack; number 24 of 35 in Burnt Stag.
(Not one of Charley's/ waynorth waynorth 's Harness Jacks. He said he didn't do any in stag.)
These are my only examples of the two patterns ... so far..

Quite some time ago I saw a picture of a Case swayback gent in blue bone, bomb shield, and threaded bolsters. I thought it was beautiful and really wanted one. Some years later I found a store that had the entire series in stock, but by that time I had four swaybacks (none of them blue) and figured I didn't "need" another one. But this teardrop really appealed to me so that's the one I bought. (Recently someone pointed out that the shape of the main blade is really quite similar to the spear blade on the tribal lock, only smaller. Both are Tony Bose designs, so it seems credible.)

I picked this one up recently to try the pattern. It was surprising to find that it is more like a pen knife than a typical jack knife. I just thought it would be more substantial. A welcome discovery, actually, since case doesn't seem to want to explore many cover options for their actual pen knives. This is a nice alternative.

Richlite here. Cool stuff.

Winchester 2857 (thanks, Paul). I've seen these terms applied to this knife model: swayback, dogleg, serpentine, torpedo, bullet end, teardrop, candle end. Other terms??
