Quite a day so far....in fact quite a week.
I think the black cloud been following me all week long. My boss has been an exceptional dick this week and my luck on the home-front hasn't been peachy either.
I been waiting for the gun / knife show to come around. I knew there was a vendor that sells RATs and had my mind on a RC4 tan with plain edge...I couldn't wait! But first I had to stop at the garage to get my truck looked at and a state inspection. Not all was well...$ 240.00
From there off to the show. I still felt good cause I had 2 months grass cuttin money burning a hole in my pocket....my private stash ( don't tell the wife).
A 45 min drive later and I make my way to the vendor. I see a tan half serrated. "Sorry sir, but I sold my last plain edge an hour ago."

Update : Just talked to the wifey. She said that I can order one and use our 'card' and give her the money. So I'm off to the either...keep your fingers crossed that I don't see the dreaded 'On Back Order'.

Promise to get some pics up when I get her.

I've noticed that a surefire method of improving a bad day/week is to buy yourself some outdoor gear that you've set your heart on!

Of course, in the event that no bad day/week occurs, that's an even better reason to buy yourself something too.

Talking about a bad week, tell me about it.
I did'nt pass my exams at school.....
Then I sold my BSA Lonestar (Rifle) to buy RAT knives, so I had plenty of cash.
Dammit, I got pulled over by the police for cycling without light, so I tried to out run them (on a real shitty bike) , that was reason for my second ticket....So, I'll have to sell something else now to get me some rats.
Anyone else got some pathetic stories?

yeah that sucks, thats why I think ordering stuff online takes a lot of the aggrivation out of going to the stores to get stuff. especially stuff you really care about.

I'll have to wait till tomorrow for pics...the wife has the camera at the amusement park with our boy.
I'll try some 'glamour shots' tomorrow after work.

Ok, whats next? I have 2 Izulas, a worker and a sock drawer sleeper, so maybe a twin for this one? Perhaps an RC 6 ?
