Yesterday afternoon was spent just wandering around playing with knives... Guess it was a Sweden made sort of day :D

Checking out the scenery... here's some yucca blooming

When you're just sort of lost in your own thoughts, spotting a large gopher snake out of the corner of your eye can quickly remind you that you're in rattlesnake country and to pay attention!

Time to harvest some more mulefat to dry in the garage

I always forget how much I like that TK4 until I take it out for some use, it cuts like a beast!

I use mulefat for friction fire practice, it's what I learned on and works great. Can also be used for quicky arrow shafts or even field expedient chop sticks :) It's a great resource whenever a stout, straight stick is needed.

Nice pics TKnife. Gotta love that Fallkniven, I really like the TK1 fixed blade

Nice! Wish we had yucca like that in our parts. Cool snake pic too.

Thanks guys. I feel lucky that I have some pretty nice trails literally right up the street form my house, so quick getaways are pretty easy!

Great pics T. Is that Falk convex?

You know, I actually can't really tell. The edge is super thin, and there is a really small micro bevel but it looks like a V grind. I don't know if it's the 3G steel or what though, but that things will just cut and cut!
