BUMP working?

Does bump work? I just "bumped" my post under folders sold by individual, but it did not bump up to the top...thought it was instant...

Disabled because people kept bumping their post every day. Rules are you list it and let it run its course. After 2 weeks, 14 days you can relist, not before

Bumping a sale/trade thread hasn’t been enabled for years.
