Bumping sales thread?

I see this rule:

16. REPOSTING / RELISTING: You must wait two (2) weeks (14 days) to relist items for sale after the first time they have been listed. Don't try to circumvent this, your sale will be deleted, and your account will be locked.

How often can you "bump" up your sales thread? Does "bumping" count as re-posting?

Ain't no more bumping. Then Exchange has been changed to listing threads in original chronological order. That's why we allow reposting in 14 days, for threads that have drifted too far down. But BTTT will have no effect anymore.

I do remember reading about that change now. Thanks for jogging my memory (it needs that every once in a while).
