Bumps?

Because ads don't bump...
They stay where they're posted, unaffected by subsequent posts. The only benefit to bump posts is cycling the ad into the New Posts occasionally.
 
As hhmoore said, you can't bump sales threads. This keeps things on an even keel for sellers.

However, you can repost your sales threads after two weeks from the initial post if the item doesn't sell. Best way to do this is copy the old ad, click Post New Thread in the proper subforum, and then paste the old ad in. You may have to reattach the photos.
