I found a scratch on the handle of the Spydercard. It is visible only if you look at knife at the certain angle and I missed it originally. Actually you can see it on the first Spydercard picture. Price has been reduced.
 
On the lower left of the last photo it appears that there is a crack/break in the frame of the Spyder Card. Is there?

If you look at the same picture again you can see the same "crack/break" in the frame on the right side as well. The same can be seen on the other side of Spydercard. Those are intentional pre-cuts the used to bend a sheet of metal to form a U-shaped handle of this model without cracking or bulging it.
This knife IS NOT a factory second and passed Spyderco quality control before being sold to the public.
