does anyone know a source where I can get the victorinox made german army pocket knife in mint condition?? I can find them used, I can also find the spainish made ones, the ccm (solingen) made ones, the mil-tech made ones, the Italian made ones, but the victorinox made one are hard to find in unsued condition. Ive exhausted all my internet resources and I was wondering if anyone can help???

I believe (but am not certain) that this model is called the Mauser. That might help your search.

Hey Rev :

I have SEVERAL source(s) ; prices
vary ( no more than $20 ) They are :

www.sportsmansguide.com -or-

call them 1-(800)-888-3006 and ask them for a copy of their "HQ" catalog ( has military surplus; the
"Bundeswehr", if I recall. was "un-issued" NIB ;))

www.cheaperthandirt.com

-or, failing that....

www.eknifeworks.com ( SMKW )

You may also check out te various
Army "surplus" stores, even gun stores have'em at times.

Hope this helps!

Happy Thanksgiving to you & your's!

AET ;)

Ive actually checked those sites allready. The sportsmans guide has them, but they're not in too good of shape. The other internet sites, surplus stores, ect dont have any in good shape, or have the cheaper made ones, or cheap copies. The victorinox "mauser" version was a commercial version of the knife. The one I'm looking for is victorinox, but was produced as an officail "Bundeswehr" (German army) version made from 1976-until a couple years ago (I believe). I had one that I got in Wiesbaden Germany when I was stationed there in the late 80's early 90's, unfortunately its no longer with me.

If anyone else has an idea please let me know!!!
I want to thank you guys for being helpful, its much appreciated!!! its always nice to know that you guys are willing to help!!!
have a good holiday guys!!!
The Lord Bless you!!!
sincerely, John
