Bundeswehr issue hatchet/Klauenbeil

After testing the Dead-On Annihilator, i was hoping to have a large axe head attached to it and it brought me to this:

Has anybody use it before?
I'm thinking of having a local smith to forge a full tang one.

I'm not sure what a "full tang" one would be, but this is a carpenter's/broad hatchet. It is used for hewing wood.
