Burger, Boker, and Skellern: What's going on?

What's the connection between Burger knives and Mike Skellern?

Because there almost has to be one...

And what makes up the price difference between Boker's Exkskelbur (that I can't spell without looking at it!), and a custom by Burger himself?

Burger and Skellern designed the EXK together.

The difference between the Factory made one and one made by hand....self explanitory for me. You can ask for small tweeks to the knife, different handle material, Damasteel, clip orientation to your liking without excessive holes.

There are three different versions from the Boker Plus line now:

The first one with G10 handle scales.

The second one with rustic bog oak.

The newest version has burl maple.
