Anyone ever have any issues with Burger Knives and their EXK's?
I purchased one last June/July and was extremely pleased by it fit finish and performance until the clip just snapped while I was pulling it from my pocket by the knife handle. I contacted Burger Knives last Nov about a replacement clip, and after several e-mail's and delay's one was finally shipped out to me; however over 2 1/2 months later I still have not received my replacement clip.
They offered to send me out another clip last month and once again I have not yet received the replacement. I was told that it was sent via std. international mail and that it should take no longer than 2 weeks.
The Burgers have been extremely cordial and professional but I have to wonder about their CS and their chosen methods of shipping replacement parts.
Anyone have a line as to where I can get a replacement Ti clip that will fit the holes in the EXK 1's handle, thats not a low ride style?
