i don't do the engraving. i designed it but not engrave it.

convex sex just means its a convex edge that is hand ground to the edge with japanese water stones. one guy saw it and said it was sexy and i just stuck that in the post.

i forgot the kind. i bought 50 pieces from John in Indiana. He can tell you. He is the master wood cutter
