Fished the last Racine SU open water tournament of the year with good friend Capt. Rich from Fishmeister Charters called the Burnout Bash a 2 day event that started last night at midnight and ends Sunday. We caught 2 fish both chinooks mine was 11# and Rich's was 15.5# which was good enough to put Rich in 2nd place for the tournament so far.The first photo is of me with my 11# fish the second photo is of Rich and myself, the interesting thing is if you look closely at my fish the smaller of the two you will note a lamprey mark on its back just above the dorsal fin, this is becoming more and more common as the sea lamprey population is on the rise.
