The two hander was made in India. Blade diamond shaped, no fuller. Edges need to be trued, guard is brass underneath black paint.
Pommel is steel under black paint. Handle wide and flat on sides. True the blade, polish brass guard, slim down and rewrap handle, and brown the pommel. Lot of work, but can be salvaged. Think of 4 Roses or Old Crow whiskey.
The Hand-and-a-half is an Italian Del Tin. Fitted like a Colt Python. Think of Hennessey VSOP Reserve Cognac or a single malt Scotch.
Sorry, Uncle Bill, I'm trying to persuade myself to appreciate what I already have til the start of next month. Switch my membership from the Khukuri of the Week Club to the Khukuri of the Month Club.
Oh yes, Yvsa, almost forgot... I'm 5'4" tall, the 2 hander is 4'10 1/2" tall, and my wife is 4'11 1/2" tall. Just something to think about.
