Burnley Evolution

I've had this one for awhile,& since I can't remember seeing anything about his knives here,I thought I post a pic.It's made by Lucas Burnley,and it's his Evolution model w/5.5in. blade of 01 Carbon steel,and canvas micarta handle.When I first received this one I was Very Impressed with it.I had Never even heard of Burnley knives but bought it as soon as I saw the pic.The grinds are PERFECT-IMHO,it's sharp as they come(top & primary edges).It came with an Excellent form fitted leather sheath and the price was very low-Under $300.It fits great in my hand.All in all a Wicked little fighter.Note-I don't own the RJ Martin

I'm not sure if Luc hasn't been on the forums for awhile, but he also frequents another popular knife-related forum. Luc Burnley is a true up-and-comer if he isn't already there. You snared a great get. I also have one of his kitchen knives and his work is very very clean, beautifully executed and the fit and finish exceeeds some work by a few more accomplished makers. Do you know he's only been making knives for 2 years ? Amazing stuff. Jason.
