Hello people, finished this buschcraft/camp knife today. Adapted it to my style while keeping it simple, I wanted to add some kind of elegance/chic/classy to this kind of knife. Spine is rounded and no ricasso. I have named it Predator.
I also learned that I can actually change the settings of my camera (LOL) and played with lighting and a bit of aperture but still have a hard time taking proper pictures that can actually show how it looks in real life, particularly the wood grain. Photography is an art in itslef.

Specs:
  • Steel: 440C stainless, hand rubbed satin finish and at 58 HRC with cryogenic treatment.
  • Blade lenght: 5.75 inches
  • Thickness: 0.125 inch
  • Weight: 195 grams.
  • Handle: Bookmatched African blackwood with 304 stainles steel for the bolsters and pins, Hourglass shaped for maximum comfort. Bolsters are dovetailed and the tang is tapered.
  • Sheath: 7-8 oz vegtan leather dyed brown with tooling and saddle stitched by hand. The sheath is crossdraw and for right handed people.

Nice, to me, it almost looks like a butcher type profile or Hudson Bay.
