Hi everyone!
I recently came across a video by a blogger testing the Bush Axe from BPS Knives — the design and overall approach really caught my attention. I couldn’t resist and ended up getting one for myself. It’s lightweight, fits nicely in the hand, chops better than it looks in the video, and is super handy for clearing branches or prepping firewood.
After buying it, I started looking for more info and came across the official BPS Knives YouTube channel. Surprised I hadn’t found it earlier — they’ve got some pretty interesting videos there. Just recently, they posted one showing this axe in action. They present it quite honestly, no hype or over-the-top marketing.
In short — the axe met my expectations and even exceeded them. It’s not just a “cool-looking tool,” but a genuinely functional piece of gear, especially if you're after something lighter than a traditional axe.
By the way — has anyone here already used the Bush Axe? Or had any experience with BPS knives or other gear from them? What do you think about their quality and overall approach?
