Hi Everyone,

I've recently become very fascinated with the bush craft style of knives. Also, some of the larger'ish ones like the Ka-Bar Becker BK2. What I'm interested in is learning about more brands and styles to check out. I saw some videos of Bark River knives on youtube. I'd like to know about more brands & styles like that (looking more towards the wood handled knives with blades about 4-5 inches in length).

So what do you guys like? What can I check out? :)

Hi well i like skandi knifes check out helle and karesvando and woodjewel they do nice knifes at a good price

as an example of what I like in a woods bumming knife, here are some of mine that see time afield. For the most part, I like a 3.5 or 4 inch blade, but a good 6 inch has a place as well. I probably have more custom knifes than production ones, and am split about half and half between carbon steel and stainless.

Nice collection. How about identifying the knives for the OP?

Daniel Fairly makes an awesome bushcraft knife. I have one w/ black micarta handles and titanium pins. Custom kydex sheath too. Check out his forum.
