Made from 1.5" x 4" x 6" cold rolled flat bar. Simple design and almost Marine proof. I am considering making a run of these. Let me know what you think of the Bush Monkey 2 Position KMG Tool Arm Adapter. I am working with steel and aluminum suppliers to get the cost down. Aluminum would also reduce production costs. This adapter enables you to have 4 tool arm positions - the Wilmont Grinder has 3 tool arm positions.

It looks like a good idea.

Can you tell me more about the benefits?

So far I see a $12 piece of steel with 8 holes drilled & tapped as a spacer block to drop the rest down for the platen

What else am I missing ?

Edited because I saw the wrong part.

I think most folks would have trouble spend 150 bucks on it.

Got to put together one of those angle jig guides for bevels. You could even clamp a bar onto that that you'd rest the spine on, then you'd get consistent edge angle grinds, at consistent heights.

Chat up the product all you want, but lets leave pricing and order talk out of this forum.

Does the c-clamp come with it?

I'm curious to see it in all its glory, more pics of everything it can do.

Nice KMG. Didjya get it recently?

The Wilmont has some advantages over the KMG, mostly due to the versatility of the tool arm positioning but the Wilmont is also significantly more expensive than the KMG. The ability to move the tool arm on a vertical plane enables you to use the full length of the platen or more wheel surface area in conjunction with jigs.

The KMG is new.
