I have been using my GSO 4.7 for a while and recently took it out for a spin up north.
The knife performed very will to baton and feather stick... even to cut steak
I wanted to love the 5.1 but couldn't (sold it) I wasn't sure I would love the 4.7 but it's one of my favorite knives.
For those interested bacon, steak and potatoes was on the menu
