Bushcraft Hatchet – First Use
We’re extremely dry here in Colorado, so I kept the fire small and controlled. No big blaze — just practical use.
I don’t usually film or do reviews, but this one is special to me and I wanted to share it.
This was about 5 minutes of total use… and I’d already feel 
% confident taking just this into the backcountry once I get more time behind it.
One big lesson: be very careful when choking up for fine work. I caught myself wrapping my hand too close around the bottom of the blade. Caught it before it bit me — but that was a good reminder to stay disciplined.
