Not this time. I thought these made a nice trio - all in CPM154.

I love it. It really is the best overall stainless steel. High carbon content, easy to sharpen, decent edge holding, more stainless than most (except 440, 420 and Sandvik's stuff). Like I said, overall it's the best stainless out there.

Too bad they ran out of the stuff at the mill I buy from...!!!! :(

That's my favorite too, Andster2. I love how with time it "ages" and turns a little more brown. That's why I like to call it "natural" canvas (instead of "amber" or "yellow", etc) because it's the most "natural feeling" of the synthetics I use.
