Bushcraft overnighter

The in the dark scenes were hard for my old eyes to see well, otherwise, great job!
Thanks for sharing!

Nice job. As a gear whore though I would love to see just a quick glimps or mention of what you are using. I could pick out most of it but still like to see more. What was the neck knife you struck the fero rod on?

I might have to do a video of my pack contents. The knife was one of my own, the model is called JFS. It's a real simple spear point design, handy to throw in your pocket.

I want to keep my bushcraft videos nice and simple, but I think I might put shorter side videos out explaining what equipment I am using, techniques, etc.

Thanks for the comment!

Nice video, do you bring a pad for your dog?
I don't. I use my wool blanket as a pad for myself and there is planty extra there for her to use as well. I'm working on finding her a nice harness that can pack enough food for her, might get her a pad then but really don't know if it's necessary. She keeps my feet warm. Lol

I got this for mine in medium its a little big on the little one but fits both of my girls, she carries a dog med kit and some mushers, a 1 qt canteen for their water, collapsible water and food bowls, poop bags and it still has enough room for food for 3 days with room to spare

That looks like a nice setup. When I get done working I will have to go check them out.

Thanks for the link! 👍

Great vid, I liked the dark shots too, liked and subscribed.
Noticed you have your design made by Ka-bar, probably my favourite company now that they are making the Beckers now, nice work. :)

I'm working on finding her a nice harness that can pack enough food for her, ....
Ensure you get one that doesn't impede her natural movements/range of motion when she's standing, sitting, walking, and running. Sadly, most set ups do impede a dog's natural range of motion. Look at what Ruff Wear offers and ensure you test fit any option with weight just as you would test fit a backpack with weight on your own back.
