Here is a design that BushcraftBrainTrust sent me for a cleaver I will be making for him later this month. It will have a 6 1/4" x 4" tall blade, 1/4" thick, with orange G10 handles.

Sure I've seen this design in some horror film before although I was focusing more on the scantly clad woman that was screaming and tripping up rather than on the cleaver !!!!

it reminds me of the movie snatch when the russian guy pulls out a cleaver to chop that guys hand off.

Dang guys, I hoping for:

It should be a beast at processing wood. or..

Should be a good kitchen prep knife.

i think it would be great for urban survival. you never know when your going to need to remove a briefcase that is handcuffed to a dead guy
