I would love to hear from the guys that have used one of these. I am looking at gettting one, for general hunting, and skinning deer. Opinions? Thanks, guys.

Don't know that I'd want it as a skinner, though we're all built differently and learn on different tools.

It's tough and feels good in the hand.

I have one and process my own deer. I've used various knives that size and would have no issue using it for that task. I mostly use smaller knives for processing deer only because that is what i grew up with. It is however smaller than what many professional butchers use for the task.

I will say this... Once I bought the Bushcrafter and used it a bit I gave another 40 or so knives I had to family members. I probably still have 10 or 15 great knives and consider this in the top three for all around use.
