I want a new set for hunting

Anybody have these and like them? Ive done a ton of research and I believe they are your best value for the money. I'm not going to spend more than $400.

I'm buying a new pair of binoculars this week myself. I think I'm set on the Nikon monarch 7 10x42. Nikon has a $100 savings on them at most retailers right now, so they are $400 instead of $500. I've been happy with every Nikon product I've ever owned, but not so much with the Bushnell's that I've had. Their customer service has been easy to work with though.

To be honest I didn't like the Nikon monarch 10x42. I found that when you focused the foreground was very blurry and the background was clear,and vise vera. If that makes sense.. Although I did try the Vortex 10x42 and was very impressed. Best of all they have a lifetime guarantee! I appreciate the feedback Wildcat. Try the Vortex if you get a chance. I compared them to the $2000 SWAROVSKI. And they were more clear, but not $1600 worth.
