Check out seersucker shirts. Made for warmer climates and summer months, while still having the a dressy look to them.

Trousers, hmm, not much to say there. Chinos and khakis as usual.

I don't get into fashion that deeply, jeans polo shirt, and Danner boots for me. All of the offices I work in have air conditioning so, it makes little difference. I guess it matters to folks that work for insurance companies, banks, accountants, white collar jobs requiring suits and such.

you could try looking at stuff on jackthreads. I'm lucky enough that most of the time business casual can includes shorts.

I wear black button down shirts when it's hot, so I can take off my coat and not have visible sweat stains.
