And the verdict is...?????
I would love to know what the heck they're saying.
For me the Bravo 2 is one of the most amazing all-round knives out there. It would probably be my choice if I had to take just one knife with me. Simply an outstanding blade. I love the design of the BUSK, but the blade, at 8mm is just too thick, that's more than 1/4 inch; impractical for more delicate tasks and too heavy. The 3/16 blade of the Bravo 2 on the other hand is just perfect.

umm, just a reflection on your comment... 8mm=.312 5/16-.315 only.003" difference there, the width of a human hair +/- .001" however i agree...a lil' too thick, but heavy enough to chop w/o slicing, but there's the conundrum.....
I llike the rough hewn finish, lends one to not worry about ruining the "pretty" off of the knife. I make many of mine the same way, but a 7/32 - 1/4 thick(.219-.250)

It's actualy 7.467mm thick - 0.293 inches

You can see Bravo 2 and BUSK on this pictures - for me they are very similar knives - BUSK is 446grams (550grams with the sheath) / Bravo 2 is 400grams but with the sheath is around 600grams
