I've been jacking around and building a sheath for the BUSK blade off-and-on for past week or so. I was originally going to use the new Tek-Loc D/OS pieces, but after ordering them they told me that I had to buy at least 100 to get any discount and that just wasn't worth it. So I just went back to the drop-down style with nylon webbing. The extra pouch is a BBC "Medic Pack" sheath that is held pretty securely with the nylon. It may slide a touch back and forth, but it isn't coming out unless the chicago screws are taken out.

Anyway, this is built around the first BUSK proto, so I'll get lots of abuse. Still not sure what kind of sheath I will be making for the rest of them.

Feedback, good or bad, would be much appreciated.

From what I can see it looks good. Try putting it on your belt and run around the block to see if it flops when you run. I wonder if a stiffer belt loop would be better?
One thing is for sure, that knife is cool!

You going tactical on us, Mikey? :D

Hehe no problem, heh. Looks dang nice in my opinion! Two thumbs up, Bubba!
