Busse Active Duty - Fixed or...

So, is the 3.5 inch, .150 inch thick, Active Duty fixed or folding and when does it ship? Any pics?
I'm sorta partial to this one...

BAD (Busse Active Duty) is a 3.5 inch fixed blade that could very possibly become your next every day carry knife. And it should be out in the near future.
