Hi,

I am going to replace my AD's standard Nucarta scales with scales looking like those in picture below.

This will definitely turn her into an Active Beauty. :D

There is a second project going on at the same time, but this is better kept secret for the time being. :cool: (Actually I am waiting on Jerry's, Marc's or Pork Linnemeyer's feedback.)

Here we go - a naked AD.

This is what the scales will look like (well, at least similar to) in the not to distant future, i.e. "Next week!" or "Two weeks!" ...

Awesome!! :) How do you put those rivets in without scarring them up?
 
@t1mpani: you have to stop sanding rather early and start buffing with very little polishing paste on a soft buff because of the wood ...
