Climbed a small mountain today:
to visit a campsite with my friend and hang out and drink brandy and eat:
The SJTAC was called upon to make a fire and did an impressive job of chopping and prying up a good deal of frozen wood:
And of course the dogs had the most fun:
The most amazing thing though was the INFI. When I left this morning my SJTAC was sharp enough to whittle hair. After quite a good deal of chopping and digging up frozen wood today, when I got it home it would still shave just fine but wouldn't cut a free hanging hair. After literally 4 alternating light strokes per side on a fine ceramic rod it was back to splitting hair sharpness. That to me is the epitome of high performance steel.
