Sorry, you'll have to imagine this step, as that stuff went down the chutes so quickly that there was no way of taking pics ;)

And, leftovers for lunch


Rabbit got very nicely done, meat was falling off the bones!
And the sauce... so nice...

Yeah I'm the cook too.........in fact chief cook bottle washer dial a maid yard mule...et al....and I hate shopping I would rather take a whoopin' than go shopping!!!

:rolleyes:...Yeah ya got me there....so I guess Knob Creek and Blade would be the Open Shops....OOOPs Can't forget Hammy when he open the trunk at his show:thumbup:
 
Last night's, though slow cooker not sous vide, bbq pulled pork, home made 'slaw and brioche rolls.



The bbq sauce after reducing came out great! I kept what hasn't been eaten instead of the bottled stuff.
And Rodent Trail has done all the cutting. :D
