Busse at a show w/ over 4500 tables in 11 acres?

I wouldn't go to OK if it had 45,000 tables and 110 acres...

spent a year of my life in OK in one week one summer. yuck.

;)

When is it ?

Maybe Buy Brown will go ?:D

Oklahoma is the only place I have ever watched a woman whip out a wooden cooking spoon and beat her child on the a**, in front of everyone at the Lawton, OK airport. I'm still scarred to this day from that visual memory, LOL

It was one of those myths I had no need to be confirmed at any point in my life. I kept eating my beef jerky out of the machine praying to God I didn't upset her and I use the term 'her' as loosely as possible.

The next one is April 10-11.

I have gone the last 2 years...massive show, tons of traffic. Someone could do a lot of damage if they set up a busse booth $$$

Oh, the memories.

My mother (who grew up in Tulsa) used that method of discipline too. As a young child, I was terrified of the 5' carved teak spoon and fork her mother had on the wall in her house. When Murr learned of that, she took them down and I never saw them again.

11 Acres of guns????. . . . Man, I'd like to harvest that crop!!!!. . . Can you imagine the size of the gun safe you would need for that haul?

Jerry :D

They Tulsa Gun Show is huge, and it's actually twice a year. First one is late March/early April, second is in November. Blade magazine always has the dates if you're curious.
I've only made it once unfortunately (kids kept being born around wife wouldn't let me go for some reason), but it's impressive. I saw a few smaller custom knife makers, Bob Dozier had a table setup and was meeting people/selling knives, and lots of tables selling the standard factory and Randell knives. Of course, since it's so big, I only saw about half of it, so probably missed a bunch. I think Busse would do great there, but of course I'd be irriated since the military just moved me away. :)

Hell, just one acre near the middle would yield a few million!

That's where the $20K doubles are!

I tend to hit the outer rim a few times...although Major Malfunction usually has a minigun or two.......
