Does anyone know what the factory edge angle is for this knife?

Well --- I can tell you that it's not a consistent edge angle nor edge thickness along the entire edge. Generally, it's suppose to be 20 degrees each side or 40 degrees inclusive.

Jerry does. There may be a few other employees who know as well, but that information is not typically released to the public unless there is a very limited number of an overrun on a knife that he is making available.
